백지식 배서에 대한 설명을 이해는 하였습니다. 백지식 배서에 대해서 서명하는 것을 보니 백지식 배서에는 배서인의 서명과 배서문언의 기재는 있으나 단순히 피배서인의 지정이 없는 경우와, 배서문언의 기재도 없고단순히 배서인의 기명날인만으로써 이루어지는 경우(간략백지식 배서)가 있다. 라고 간단히 일부분만 이렇게 적혀있는데 그러면 혹시 b에서 with가 without로 바뀌어야 하는게 정답인 건가요??

전손보험 담보 조건중에서 혹시 1번문장 즉(A) It is to be construed that the insurance covers
each and every loss all the times. 이 문장에서 each라는 말 부분이 틀린 건가요?? 왜냐하면 전부의 보험을 다루는 것 때문이니까??

    • Blank endorsement는 백지배서 (이후 권리자가 누구인지 기재하지 않고 빈칸으로 두고 배서하는것)이므로 말씀하신대로 without으로 바꾸면 됩니다.

      <every loss all the times> 이 잘못 되었습니다. 전위험 담보라고 하도 면책위험이 있고, 또 보험자의 책임은 보험기간 동안에만 적용됩니다. 2021.03.01
